Prices listed in ORISANDO are subject to change without advanced notice.

SHIPPING

All items listed on the website are custom-made after receiving the order and payment. The fabrication process will take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the specific item ordered. If you select the AR coating option for your item, an additional 2 weeks will be added to the delivery timeframe. The final delivery date will be specified in the quotation.

The shipping price is added to your order automatically according to the shipping address information.

ORISANDO provides the possibility to use your courier account (UPS/FedEx/DHL). If you are willing to use your own courier, please send us a request for a quote and fill in the information about your courier account in the comments section.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Any brokerage, customs and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by paypal (credit card) or wire transfer. Please incorporate any bank fees associated with your payment as the remitter is responsible for these fees.

Your order will be shipped once we receive the payment.
